iTunes Store Counts 1 Million Video Downloads in 19 Days

A $1,990,000 new revenue stream in just 19 days (at $1.99 per video), sounds like a winning business model to me - particularly since their initial content is so limited.

House Approves All-Digital OTA Dead-line by 2008

The House Energy and Commerce Committee approved a measure ordering the switch to all digital broadcasts be finished by the end of 2008 - Senate yet to approve.

EFF Label’s Blizzard’s anti-cheat Warden Program - Spyware


Unbeknownst to many gamers, World of Warcraft now has an unwanted special feature—a hidden program called “Warden” that snoops gamers’ computers looking for any “unauthorized third-party program” that “enables or facilitates cheating of any type”.

42 Year Old, Disabled, Single Mother Countersues RIAA Under RICO Act
